<p><span style="mso-bookmark:gd_top">- Consult with facility managers and supervisors in the interpretation and administration of collective bargaining agreements/plans so that management rights are protected and labor relations are effective.

<p><span style="mso-bookmark:gd_top">- Coordinate grievance hearing and resolution process. Engage in labor management cooperation with local union leadership and exclusive representatives.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p><span style="mso-bookmark:gd_top">- Advise managers and supervisors regarding procedures and requirements concerning investigations of employee misconduct from initiation to conclusion.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
