<p><span style="mso-bookmark:gd_top">This position will provide advanced professional human resource consulting services to managers and supervisors within the Department of Corrections (DOC) in the areas of job analysis and classification; organizational analysis
 and design; recruitment, assessment, selection and compensation; and labor relations.  The position provides advice and guidance to the Staffing Representatives in the above areas to ensure consistent and quality delivery of Staffing-related services and serves
 in a project leadership role for Staffing-related projects.  This position has access to labor relations information as defined in M.S. 13.37, participates in meetings where state labor negotiation proposals are discussed and evaluated; provides data and information
 to labor negotiations as it relates to job allocation and selection issues. This position assists in preparing written proposals for presentation at collective bargaining sessions.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
