<strong><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">who will bring their lived experiences as well as their technical knowledge</span></strong> to provide
<strong><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">subject matter expertise and policy guidance</span></strong> to the Office of Equity and Community Partnerships, Public Health – Seattle & King County. The position will establish equity justice practices
and partnerships with the disability community and other governmental and non-governmental organizations to facilitate learning and best practices. As Public Health – Seattle & King County has declared racism is a public health crisis,
<strong><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">the position will focus on advancing the intersection of disability and racial justice in Public Health.</span></strong><b><br>

<strong><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">This is a term-limited temporary (TLT) or Special Duty Assignment (SDA) position funded by a Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) COVID-19 and Health Equity grant which has a budget period from
June 1, 2021, to at least May 31, 2023. </span></strong>This position will contribute to the grant’s goal of reducing health disparities in COVID-19, other health conditions, and the social determinants of health within the King County disability population.<br>
