In 2017, the County's <strong><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Civil Rights</span></strong> program became part of Office of Equity and Social Justice. Civil Rights ensures compliance is a broad range of civil rights areas including but not limited
to fair employment, fair housing, and public accommodations.<br>
<br>
The <strong><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Civil Rights/ADA Program Manager</span></strong> will lead and support a team of professional staff performing civil rights investigations, policy and strategy work on disabilities equity and ADA compliance
functions in the Office of Equity and Social Justice. This position will lead and support a range of activities including civil rights investigations and mediation, ADA and Title VI policy development, and work with other OESJ staff and departments on community
engagement. The position will supervise the work of the of the Senior Civil Rights Investigator and will also be an experienced equity and social justice practitioner, representing the Office in broad venues and providing technical assistance.<br>
