<p><span style="color:black">This position will provide leadership and senior level direction, guidance and coordination for DOC’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) work, in collaboration with DOC business areas to ensure and foster an equitable, accountable,
and inclusive workplace, ultimately positively impacting the services provided by DOC. This position will partner closely with staff in Employee Development to successfully implement diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I), programming.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p><span style="color:black">This position will: direct the diversity recruiting functions, direct the development, coordination and communication of agency wide diversity recruitment and retention activities; provides D&I consultation services, coordinate
the development, and implementation of agency-wide equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives. This position will provide content expertise to employee development, work in partnership with MMB on Enterprise Employee Resource Groups (EERGs), collaborate
across state government to increase and promote diversity within the workforce. The role will provide leadership in developing and driving creative and innovative internal programs incorporating and aligning the agency strategic plan as it relates to DE&I
metrics and performance measurements, promote employee engagement, and development and learning activities for DOC staff and management.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p>This position will have the option of working a hybrid telework schedule.<o:p></o:p></p>
