This position partners with transactions officers and state agency staffing representatives at multiple levels of expertise; provides technical and functional expertise to promote understanding and consistency in processing transactions to ensure data integrity
within the SEMA4 system; works to identify agency needs, training needs, system and procedural discrepancies; and develops plans for resolution.<o:p></o:p></p>
