other applicable rules, regulations and policies by serving as Regional Librarian for North Carolina for NLS.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l2 level1 lfo3">Supervises and develops staff to carry out work of section. Prepares annual work plans, monitors work performance and administers the performance management system according to OSP
