 consulting, advising and recommending solutions on performance management; labor relations and legal and policy compliance; analyses of complaints/grievances, and conducting investigations on employee and labor relations matters. Incumbent will work to ensure
 application of personnel rules, contract language, compensation plans, state and federal laws, MN statutes, and all required rules, regulations, standards, and procedures.</span><o:p></o:p></span></p>
