with Disabilities Act (the ADA, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1974, the Minnesota Department of Human Rights Act, other related state and federal laws, and rules and regulations supporting the rights of individuals with disabilities. This position
conducts reviews, negotiates approval or denial of requests for matters related to Title II of the ADA Title II and works in close partnership with the Director of the Office for Equity, Access, and Inclusion, ADA Coordinators at the facilities, and the corresponding
