-Coordinate recruitment and selection activities for assigned divisions so that positions are filled with qualified individuals within the scope of applicable policies, laws, rules, and contract/plan language.<br>
-Assist Staffing Supervisor and lead worker in the development of training initiatives regarding job classification audit processes, staffing and recruitment, and other HR related topics.<br>
-Create, maintain, and document HR procedures and processes on a regular basis.</span><o:p></o:p></span></p>
