<h3><b>Primary Function</b></h3><br><br>
As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Vispero, you will be an integral part of
our software engineering team, focusing on deploying, automating,
maintaining, and managing AWS cloud-based production systems. You will
ensure the availability, performance, scalability, and security of our
applications.<br><br>
<h3><b>Scope of Work</b></h3><br><br>
The duties listed below are intended only as illustrations of the various

<ul>
<li>Cloud Management: Deploy, automate, and manage AWS cloud-based
production systems. Ensure the cloud infrastructure aligns with our
security, reliability, and scalability needs.
<li>CI/CD Pipelines: Build and maintain continuous integration and
continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring rapid and reliable
deployment of applications.
<li>Monitoring and Performance: Implement and manage monitoring solutions
to identify and resolve infrastructure problems before they affect
critical processes.
<li>Automation: Automate system provisioning, configuration, and scaling
to improve efficiency and reduce human intervention.
<li>Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to integrate their
projects into the production AWS environment and ensure their ongoing
support.
<li>Security: Implement and manage security policies and procedures,
ensuring compliance with industry standards and protection of sensitive
data.
<li>Troubleshooting and Support: Provide advanced level troubleshooting
support, resolving issues related to the infrastructure, software, and
network.
<li>Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation for system
configurations, procedures, and service records.

<h3><b>Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities</b></h3><br><br>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related
field.
<li>5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, preferably with a focus
on AWS environments.
<li>Strong experience with Linux web technologies, including NGINX.
<li>Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
<li>Experience deploying .NET Core web solutions to Linux Docker
containers and Kubernetes.
<li>Strong experience with AWS services, including EKS, EC2, S3, RDS,
ELB, IAM, CloudFormation, and others.
<li>Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform. •
Knowledge of microserviices architecture and distributed systems.
<li>Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration
tools.
<li>Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
<li>Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
<li>Proficiency with monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus,
AppDynamics).
<li>Experience with backup and restoration procedures of various systems
including SQL Server and strong understanding of network protocols,
routing, and security practices.
<li>Experience with AWS Marketplace a plus.
<li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under
pressure.

The typical salary range for this position is USD $140,000 – $150,,000
based on experience and geographic location. This position is
