is responsible for creating and leading strategic efforts designed to optimize the MDH workforce through an infrastructure that is supportive of organizational wellness. This position will work closely with the Executive Office, the Health Operations Bureau,
and Human Resources Management, to provide response to ongoing goals associated with the MDH HR Collaboration and Trust Initiative, expectations and behavior norms, Health Equity strategies connected to DEIB, the MDH Strategic Plan, and the Governor’s One
MDH plan. The Director of Organizational Wellness and Employee Experience works under the leadership of the Assistant Commissioner of Health Operations Bureau to identify and implement strategies that increase alignment between MDH employee experience and
