<h2><b>What we do</b></h2><br><br>
We have a large team of Accessibility consultants with diverse
backgrounds and we work with a huge range of household names. The
day-to-day work is varied. For example, it can include auditing websites
and apps, composing accessibility statements, running training sessions,
facilitating user research, advising on accessibility strategy and
more. <br><br>

<h3><b>Skill set required</b></h3><br><br>
Ideal candidates will have one or more of the following:
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of digital accessibility, usability, user-centred design,
universal design, or inclusive design
<li>Understanding of web, mobile, or software development
<li>Experience with testing frameworks and standards, ideally Web Content
Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
<li>Experience with user research, such as moderated user testing
<li>Confident with public speaking and delivering training
</ul><br>
We welcome applications from both generalists and specialists. That is,
candidates with some experience in several of the above.<br><br>

Please note that we do require a foundational level of technical
awareness. That is, a basic working knowledge of vanilla HTML, CSS, and
to a lesser extent JavaScript.<br><br>
The required foundation can be gained from introductory, free online
courses, such as
<a href="https://www.codecademy.com/catalog/language/html-css"><b>Code
Academy - HTML</a></b> and
<a href="https://www.freecodecamp.org/learn/responsive-web-design/"><b>
FreeCodeCamp - Responsive Web Design</a></b>.<br><br>
Your technical skill set will be tested as part of the shortlisting and
interview process.<br><br>
