<p class="MsoNormal">The Disability Innovation Fund (DIF) Customer Service and Technology (CST) Sector Specialist is responsible for building strategic partnerships with CST sector businesses, designing accessible workforce training programs, and developing
 career pathways for Blind, Low Vision, and DeafBlind (BLVDB) job seekers. This role focuses on business engagement, employer outreach, and workforce training initiatives to support competitive integrated employment (CIE) outcomes that align with Good Jobs
 principles.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">By collaborating with employers, community providers, and workforce development agencies, the CST Sector Specialist ensures that CST businesses are equipped to integrate assistive technology, adopt inclusive hiring practices, and implement
 accessible workplace solutions. This role helps develop and manage sector-specific training programs, work-based learning opportunities, and technology-driven career tools, ensuring that BLVDB individuals are prepared for high-demand jobs in cybersecurity,
 artificial intelligence (AI), data analysis, digital skills, and customer service management.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">This position will require local travel up to a few days per week and occasional statewide travel.<o:p></o:p></p>
