I\u2019m excited to share a rewarding career opportunity with the State of
Connecticut Department of Aging and Disability Services (ADS). We are
currently hiring for an <b>Education Consultant 1 - TVI</b> within the
<b>Bureau of Education and Services for the Blind (BESB)</b>.<br>
<br>
This role is a meaningful opportunity for certified teachers of the
visually impaired who are passionate about supporting the education and
independence of students who are blind, visually impaired, or have
multiple impairments. The BESB team is deeply mission-driven, working
with children, families, and schools across the state to provide
accessible instruction, resources, and advocacy.<br>
<br>
We are currently hiring for one position in North Haven and one position
in Norwalk. These roles are full-time, hybrid positions with statewide
travel, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:15 PM.<br>
