is the largest of three Executive Branch Courts with over seventy-five full-time equivalents located in St. Paul and Duluth. CAH, with 34 judges, is comparable in size to the Ramsey County District Court with 32 judges. CAH has exclusive, trial-level jurisdiction
over 200 unique areas of administrative law and workers’ compensation. This means the decisions of CAH are appealable to higher-level appellate courts (Minnesota Court of Appeals, Minnesota Supreme Court, and Minnesota Workers’ Compensation Court of Appeals)
and not at trial-level district courts.</span><o:p></o:p></span></p>
