professional who genuinely enjoys people, problem-solving, and

<h3><b>What the role involves</b></h3><br><br>
<ul>
<li>Visiting clients in their homes and schools
<li>Carrying out assessments, providing AT solutions for communication,
learning and independence
<li>Setting up devices, apps and access solutions
<li>Writing clear, high-quality reports
<li>Delivering training and follow-up interventions
<li>Working closely with clients, families and their multidisciplinary
teams
<li>Managing your own diary, caseload and travel
<li>Maintaining strong safeguarding practice and accurate records

<h3><b>What we're looking for</b></h3><br><br>
Must-haves:
<ul>
<li>Degree in education, IT or health-related field
<li>Comfortable with tech and troubleshooting
<li>Experience with children and adults with communication, learning,
physical or sensory differences
<li>Excellent writing and communication
<li>Strong organisational skills
<li>Enhanced DBS eligibility
<li>Full UK driving licence and own car
<li>Confident safeguarding knowledge
<li>A genuine passion for empowering disabled people

Nice-to-haves:
<ul>
<li>Experience with brain injury or cerebral palsy
<li>IT setup or troubleshooting background
<li>Experience in MDT teams
<li>Familiarity with medico-legal work
