Connecticut for certified Teachers of the Visually Impaired (TVIs) or
those currently enrolled in Vision Studies programs. The Department of
Aging and Disability Services (ADS) is hiring for <b>Education Consultant
1</b> positions within the <b>Bureau of Education and Services for the
Blind (BESB)</b>. <br>

This is a unique chance to make a meaningful impact by supporting
students with visual impairments through specialized instruction,
collaboration, and advocacy across Connecticut.<br>
<br>
<b>Position Highlights:</b>
<ul>
<li>Full-time, 35 hours/week (MondayFriday, 8:30 AM4:15 PM)
<li>Hybrid work environment with statewide travel
<li>Openings in Norwalk, Litchfield, and Tolland
<li>Instruction in Braille, assistive technology, and Expanded Core
Curriculum (ECC)
<li>Collaboration with families, schools, and service providers
