Hi, Juan: It was fun talking with you. I'm glad you liked San Francisco
when you were here.

As for jobs, you might contact your Services for the Blind there in Florida
about two Federal programs: The IRS has a program where they hire blind
people. The Social Security Administration also has a program. There is
specific training that the Services for the Blind can send you to to prepare
for these jobs. There is also a program for the Mariott Hotels. I think
that is through something called the Carroll Center, but I'm not sure. It's
a national program, again with specific training, and ;your Services for the
Blind counselor should know about it.

Being bilingual in Spanish will help you a lot in any of these programs, as
everyone needs Spanish speakers.

Please keep in touch; I'd love to know how you do.

Sincerely,

Karen Rose, MFT
