I can understand charging a fee for a service since he is right.  Not all of the convention seminars are recorded and he is going out of his way to make sure this particular one is.  As for job searching on the internet, bryan, there are some who  don't really understand how to job search, maybe this seminar could have helped them learn or get a better idea of what to look for  when they are job searching.  Also, to Peter, while I do understand the reasons for charging that  much for the cd version perhaps you could consider dropping it to half price for someone who wishes to download it only because all of the packaging and shipping that is associated with it is not necessary?  Just my thoughts.
