>GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY: Provide instructional vision and

>GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS: Master's Degree in an educational
> field; must meet the requirements for a
> West Virginia Professional Teaching
> Certificate with endorsement in Visually
> Impaired PK-AD; a minimum of five years
> of teaching experience with the visually

> supervisory or administrative experience
> required; must have or acquire a West
> Virginia Professional Administrative
> Certificate (Principal PK-AD) within

>The principal of the School for the Blind will provide visionary leadership

>The principal will advocate for learning that is, at every grade and age,
