Thank you, Deborah and Suzanne.  It was a nice call.

I think the details of Medicare, too, would make for a valuable call as
well.  Lately I have seen a plethora of online comments and speculations
about what happens particularly when some people are eligible for Medicare
and Medicaid both; so it is obvious a lot of folks--including myself--are
more ignorant than we should be about how those two processes work,
particularly when you want to get something you need but are not sure
whether to appeal to Medicare or to Medicaid to purchase it when those
services intersect.

Of course, the goal should be for as many of us as possible not to have to
rely on either of these services during our prime working years.  But the
reality is that many blind people--perhaps even most of us--will have a
continuous need to interact with national- or state-run health coverage
programs throughout our lives.
