[Jobs] Purpose of List

Good Afternoon,

I know this list was created out of good intention to help blind
people find their employment opportunities and I think this is a great
way to exchange various job-related information. However when I signed
up for this list, I wasn't really looking to receive any advice on how
to find or apply for jobs or even job references. I was hoping this
list would provide some sort of network platform among the job seekers
and employers giving a chance to directly communicate with those
employers who's actually looking to hire blind individuals but so far,
I haven't seen any employers participating in this list. That's the
reason I raised the question below. Hope there is no confusion.
