[Jobs] Virtual Jobs

Good morning Ryan,

I'm glad I said something that made good sence to you. I will continue to
share if I feel like I have just a little something to say that may help
someone land themselves a new position. I feel like I am at my best when I
am working in a position that allows me to talk about something I really
believe in. But, that sort of position is not always the position that is
being offered. So, I will sell or provide excellent customer service to
Eskimos for their ice needs if I need to. I would need to believe in my ice
and learn to convince the Eskimos why my ice is the best ice choice for
them. So, when I get up in the morning and start my job search I try my
best to apply to positions I think I am a good fit for. I feel like most
customer service jobs out there are good for me to apply to. The product I
represent may not be the best choice for me, but if the customer has a
certain product and needs help with it, I feel good about helping them out
with it. I hope that makes sense! What I like about the position I am
hopeing to find out today if I got the position is that the customers who I
am speaking with will already be interested in the product I have to offer
them and all I need to do is do my best to convince them that today or
tomorrow is the best time to come in to the store to check out the product.
If I am good at doing that, I will have the job security for myself that
will hopefully keep me around for awhile! Good luck to you and to everyone
who is searching for their next position today!

Steve,

Thanks for sharing your experience and offer. Did you also win this
job through phone interview only? Are you currently working from home
using your computer and phone and internet without having to commute?
What kind of skills or experience do I have to have for this job?
Among many reasons I want this kind of job is the issue with
relocation. I believe there are some employers in this country who
actually want to hire blind people but I most likely have to relocate
which is kind of difficult for me to do at this point.

BTW, this is the kind of answer I'm looking to hear, your own
experience with this and not some crappy advice or lecture. No
offense.

Ryan
