Central Michigan University has a master's in journalism, I believe. 
It's a small town, so you get Dial-a-Ride and (really inexpensive) 
cabs, but it's a good atmosphere, plenty of political diversity and a 
fairly safe town. Back in the day, CMU had a program in place to 
recruit and assist people with GPAs that maybe needed a little help.
