[Journalists] Improvements to NFB Newsline

In an ideal world, this would be nice ... but ...

The sources of NFB Newsline data are both electronic, and do not 
reference the print publication directly, so page numbers, etc., 
aren't possible. NFB Newsline either gets data directly from the 
newspaper, or gets it off the web.
