[Journalists] Blind reporters needed

Hi everyone - thought I'd share this since I don't believe Nick checks his email too often. That's why he included his phone number. Here's the link to his podcast.  There's also a page for it on the community radio station's website

 FWIW, Nick has been a journalist for decades, both on the print and broadcast sides of the biz. I met him a couple years ago when he was a student at the Colorado Center for the Blind when my wife was an instructor there and we talked about how to relaunch a career in journalism after becoming blind.   If you listen to the shows, you'll hear him and his team of freelancers have covered matters from taking hikes on trails with accessible signage to traveling to political conventions to a blind woman in the Philippines recalling how she survived a typhoon. I can't speak for him, but it seems like he's looking for people to share any stories that incorporate narratives of how blind people travel. I'm not involved with the show but I am a fan of what he is doing.
