Hello everyone,

I hope all of you are staying healthy and safe!
I am writing to let you know that I recently received a note from John
Berggren, who is in charge of convention arrangements.
He wanted to know if we are going to have a meeting during convention this
summer.
I'm writing to ask a couple of questions.
First, who plans to attend the convention in person, and is there interest
in having a meeting this year. We have tremendous attendance last year when
we met virtually, and I think it would be great to have an in-person
gathering.
I wrote to Mr. Berggren and told him that I would contact him before the end
of April to let him know if we want to meet. I also asked if it is possible
for us to have a hybrid meeting option.
 Based on this year's convention schedule, I think our best days are July 6
or July 7.
Please let me know your thoughts.
