Good morning NFB of Kansas students,

below is a message I sent to other Kansas NFB mailing lists yesterday regarding our call for participants to the Washington seminar for 2016. That URL was mis-entered, which tends to cause emails to bounce back. At any rate, I apologize for the delay so here is the message below.

I know this seems rather strict, but it is because the holiday and capital is being very strict with us in the special room rate that was provided under contract, and we want to give you plenty of time to arrange your hotel and transportation.
