We accomplish this by providing community programs to encourage accessibility as well as consulting services. The test can be done in person or online depending on the needs of the client. Each tester is paid for their time on a hourly basis.
I am contacting you today because our client, a financial services company would like to document the experience of persons with disabilities doing online banking to improve their services, The IN- Person Paid usability testing will take place the week of on April 2-5 at their facility located at 2300 Chestnut Avenue , Philadelphia PA 19103. The client request the participant have an online banking account and are able to come to the office location. We are looking for persons who are blind or low vision. We also would like persons who may have a cognitive impairments and mobility impaired as we would like a varied pool for reference. I am reaching out hoping you may know of 1-2 people who wouldn't mind sharing their experiences of using online banking services. They are especially interested in how their sites works with assistive technology devices .
