SEPTA CCT has partnered with the City of Philadelphia to assist in providing safe, convenient travel to/from city or FEMA-run vaccination sites. Individuals do not need to be previously registered with SEPTA CCT to use this service. These trips are free to the customer.



Individuals can request a ride to their vaccination appointment by dialing 3-1-1 and selecting Option 5 between 8 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday through Friday. Requests should be made at least 72 hours before the date of the appointment. Appointment request will be forward to CCT for registration and trip processing.



In addition to this process, if a customer calls into the SEPTA CCT Reservation call center to book a trip to one of the designated vaccine sites, a trained agent assigned to the City/FEMA vaccine project will schedule the trip. Those using CCT paratransit must have a confirmed vaccination appointment before requesting transportation.



Individuals already registered with SEPTA CCT are still able to request a ride to a city or FEMA-run vaccination appointment free of charge. SEPTA CCT provides door-to-door service from individuals’ homes, to the vaccination site, and then will return home after their appointment.

  *   Cannsratter Volksfest Verein (starting 3/24)
  *   Salvation Army (starting 3/26)
  *   PFD Ogontz Avenue (starting 3/28)
  *   Lincoln High School (starting 3/31).



All these locations and addresses are included in the attached intake spreadsheet. For organizations that want to schedule SEPTA CCT rides, fill out the SEPTA CCT Intake Form (agency use only) and e-mail the to CCTCovidVaccineTransport at septa.org<mailto:CCTCovidVaccineTransport at septa.org>. Trip requests must be received 48 hours before service is requested (E.g., Wednesday by noon for rides on Friday).
