Hey everyone!
Happy Labor Day weekend! I hope you are all enjoying a well-deserved holiday for all of your work! After being back in school for 2 weeks already, I know this weekend, for me, was much anticipated. Our September (can you believe it is already September?) 2021 meeting will be this Saturday, September 11, 2021! The meeting will be via Zoom conference! Login time will be 9:55 a.m. and we will start sharply at 10:15 a.m. See login info below.

We have so much to discuss and be excited about this month, and I can't wait to share them with you! Our Key Tee's (t-shirts0 are hot off the press and we will be sharing distribution details. Our October chapter meeting will be in-person at the University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology, otherwise known as the Penn Museum. The museum is located at 3260 South Street in Philadelphia. At this October 9th meeting we will be given a special sensory tour of the Rome exhibit! Thats not all, after the meeting we will have the opportunity to try out the Aira app for free to explore the entire museum!

If you have never used Aira before, not to worry! We will be holding an Aira introductory workshop via Zoom on September 15, 2021 at 7:00. Come learn and ask questions about everything Aira!

Then the following day, on September 16, 2021 at 7:00 we will be having a casual virtual Chat & Chew! Since this is the season of back-to-school, feel free to talk about anything related to school. If you're not in school, share your experiences and fond memories of your school days with others. This is a time to get to know other chapter members and build friendships!

In October, our chapter will again be hosting our second annual Believe You Can! 2021 (BYC) talent show! If you are interested in being a performer this year, please fill out the attached Performer Application form or go to our BYC webpage at https://believeyoucan.live/ If you are interested in being part of the audience and supporting our chapter, you can head over to https://believeyoucan.live/ to purchase tickets NOW! Individual tickets are $10 and watch party tickets are $25. Please also spread the word to your friends and family and pass this link along so that others can support a great cause, the Keystone Chapter of the NFB of PA!

Other items we will be discussing include our upcoming state convention from November 11 through November 14, 2021, fundraising, and our, guess what . . ., new physical chapter meeting location!!!

Come and learn, share, connect, and help in our movement to make our communities a more equitable place for blind people. If you have never been to a Keystone Chapter meeting before, or haven't been here in a while, it's never too late to start or to reconnect. Now that the meetings are virtual, it's a great time to come along. All are welcome!
