The Greater Philadelphia chapter of The National Federation of the Blind of Pennsylvania is doing a popcorn fundraiser again to help us raise funds to help blind individuals in our community and beyond. These funds will help  to enhance our Chapter programs. If you could assist us, we would greatly appreciate the help.
