We listened to Presidential Release <a href="https://nfb.org/sites/nfb.org/files/2023-12/presidential_release_december_2023_chapter_version.mp3" class=""><span style="color: #dca10d" class="">#533</span></a>. We also had a presentation from a group of Penn students who are working on a device to help blind and low vision people measure out the correct amount of any liquid medication. They even brought a prototype for us to check out!</div><div style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; font-family: "Atkinson Hyperlegible"; min-height: 23px;" class=""><br class=""></div><div style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; font-family: "Atkinson Hyperlegible";" class="">After the meeting we enjoyed hoagies from Primo’s, chips, cookies and other goodies during our holiday party. Nine of us participated in a White Elephant gift exchange, which is always a lot of fun. What does this mean? If you want to be a voting member of the Keystone Chapter, your 2024 dues must be received by December 31, 2023. Dues are $10. The chapter gets $5, and the NFB of PA gets $5 for your membership. There are a few ways you can pay. You can give me cash or a check when you see me.
