The NSHD is one of the largest national surveys that asks people with disabilities about their experiences with health care access, housing, transportation, health insurance, community participation, and other life experiences.</span></p><p style="margin-top:16px;margin-bottom:0px;text-align:center"><span style="color:rgb(0,0,0)">The survey is open to anyone with a physical, mental, emotional or health condition who is over 18 years old \u2013 including those who may not identify as having a disability.
