Dear Members,

My name is Roanna Bacchus and I am totally blind. I come from an Immigrant family who migrated to the United States from the Caribbean islands of Trinidad and Tobago. As a toddler, I attended the Early Intervention program at the Perkins School For The Blind. I joined this list because I am passionale about the advancement of the education and independence of blind children.
