<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Record their child doing a short fitness demonstration (smart phone or tablet recordings are fine) of skills like skipping and rolling a ball.</span><span style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="color:black;mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">
<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Help their children perform simple exercises that are fun and geared towards family inclusion for at least 30 minutes a week over a 6-week period. (Note: The APH Walk-Run for Fitness Kit and a guidebook showing
