Good afternoon:

As a suggestion, for planning purposes, it would be best for information regarding a membership call to be sent out in more of a timely manner than hours before a meeting. This gives those interested in attending the ability to arrange their schedule to be able to attend.

  Good morning everyone, 
  I hope you all have slept well this evening, i am just heading off to some more training classes for work. Attached is the Meeting agenda for this evening, it has some points that i thought we should discuss this evening with everyone. Please feel free to ask anyone you feel may be interested in MABS and let them know about the call. 
  Julie, or Todd could one of you post the agenda to the MABS list and if you feel it to be necessary post to the Missouri list as well.
