Attached are the May Meeting Minutes sorry for the Delay

Also a Reminder that a conference call will take place this thursday 14 June 2012.

Does anyone on the board have a problem moving this meeting at 9:15 PM so 
that I would be able to attend and moving the meeting to 9:15 will allow anyone on a cellular phone to have free minutes.
