Hi Gary,

 

The room we have booked for October 12 from 11-4 is Arts and Science
Building, Room 232. This room is the second floor and pretty spacious
holding about 35 people; the desks are also moveable, and there is a
projector with Zoom hookup for any virtual attendees.

 

The Mizzou Disability Coalition has offered to help with promotion, and they
were very gracious to book this free room for us! Let me know if there are
any questions, and I look forward to the event!
