Hi,
Just a friendly reminder that you have just a few more days to book
hotel reservations for the upcoming Washington Seminar. Again, the
kick off meeting called The Great Gathering In is on Monday January
30th at 5:00 PM. Also on the afternoon of Monday January 30th there
will be other events such as legislative training, likely an in person
career fair, etc.
Also as noted before there are likely still accessibility issues with
the reservation confirmation page in that it may be difficult or
impossible to click on the "agree to terms" checkb ox. As a work
around you can call the hotel to book your reservation or get
assistance with the online process through Aira or a similar means.
Massachusetts is working with the national office to encourage the IHG
hotel chain to remedy this issue.
You should book a room if there is any chance you will be able to
attend, as the reservations can be cancelled for no fee in the event
you are not able to join us. After the hotel deadline, you may have to
pay a higher rate especially for rooms on the week day nights.
I also wish you the best for the rest of the holiday season, and for a
great 2023!
See you in Washington!
Best,
Mika
