It’s too late. This all had to be done by November 1st. Unless they just forgot to send it to him, if he did not apply before November 1st he can’t do it.

I submitted my request in mid-October.  Approximately two weeks ago, I called the Boston elections people because I had received nothing by e-mail.  I gues they were pretty much ready, because I got my PIN and voter portal e-mails that day.  Given that, I suggest you call your city or town’s elections department.  (I’ve forgotten where you live.)

I requested my electronic ballot a month ago and I still haven’t received anything. Does anyone know what I should do next? for those that received it, did you get an email? If so, who is the email from?
