Hi, Masha,
The area is dangerous for everyone, not just blind people. It's known.
No worries. Foks can do whatever they wish. It's an option that's
available, or likely will be, based on how quickly the Commissioner
replied. It eases my mind.
I will close the loop when I get confirmation from the Police, which should
be soon.
