Hello Brian, unfortunately the company that makes changes to our website i have emailed them and they do not respond to me they only communicate with Bob our vice president. I had told Bob on November 17, 2022 to upload the new flyers I created. They did I remember checking our web page to make sure they uploaded them, I open the flyers with no problen. I do not know when and why they took down the updated files and put the old ones up. I asked Bob to put the new flyers up on our website again but he told me that "sone people could not open the files" I was able to open the file in 2022 so I don't understand. My apologies on our behalf. I sent the updated flyers to all the MA nfb members via email. The Walk a thon is on May 6, 2023. If you want me to sent the flyer again let me know. On May's meeting I will bring this up because I don't understand why bother having a website if we wont be posting updated information. Also I should be the one communicating with the website company. It is complicated but it should not. Hopefully things will change.

Have a good evening

Theadora Williams

President of the

National Federation of the blind of greater Springfield.

Just want to let you know that the Greater Springfield Chapter’s website has out-of-date content on it such as stating “20th annual walk-a-thon” among other things. Just thought I would point that out since the chapter’s website is a completely separate entity of the state affiliate’s website. If the chapter is to have a website, someone within the chapter should be responsible for making sure the content listed is accurate and up-to-date.

hello everyone, my apologies i'm sending the nfb of greater Springfield Inc. chapter walk a thon flyer with a slight correction. i'm not sure why the words "chapterprojects" were combined but originally there was a space and i made copies that showed that space between the 2 words. i don't know why that changed when i attached the flyer to the email but here is the corrected version.

Have a great day,

Theadora Williams

president of the National

Federation of the blind of

greater Springfield Inc. chapter
