Hello everyone,

URGENT! I am trying to gather the names and emails of anyone who has been refused by an Uber sent by the RIDE, or by and Uber driver as part of the “ride pilot” program. I am trying to do this as soon as possible.

The MBTA Rider Transportation Access Group is trying to get our own handle on how pervasive this problem is. 

Please let me know your name, email and the approximate date that this happened. Also let me know if it happened more than n once. If you know anyone who has experienced this, but is not on this list, please encourage them to email me.
