[Massachusetts-NFB] Uber denials with the Ride flex

hi Shara,

I was denied three times either in May or June in a row trying to get
to the emergency vet with alex.  I will have to look up the date.
Mbta did nothing even though a state represenatives office contacted
them.  They said just to complain to uber which i did with no
resulting consquences for any of the drivers as far as I was told.  I
was refunded a fare but that is all that occured.
