[Massachusetts-NFB] Our NFB of MA phone line

Good afternoon everyone!
I wanted to let you all know that I am now in charge of taking the calls for our phone line! It is a Google voice number that was created a while back and four a while now, I don’t know exactly how long, no one has been answering these calls or Replying to voice messages! I volunteered to do this, and was very pleased to have been put in charge! 
I felt the need to let everyone know so that if you call the phone line, you aren’t surprised when I answer! I am trying to figure out the best way for myself to determine when a call from that number is coming in so I can answer appropriately. I have just been answering hello and  And people who have been calling that number prior are surprised to hear my voice! 
I know I should be answering,” thank you for calling national Federation of Massachusetts, or thank you for calling the national Federation of the blind of Massachusetts, how may I help you!”
This will definitely be my greeting upon answering the calls!

I would kindly appreciate being treated with kindness and respect, as I will be giving that to the person on the other end of the phone line! I have had a couple I have not so nice experiences, but I am hoping for things to get better!
