[Massachusetts-NFB] three additions to board meeting agenda and one correction

Correction Cullen Gallagher is our Secretary and Kobena Bonney is our
Treasurer. Liz Lesperence has been appointed as our assistant treasurer. 

 

Three items that need to be discussed:   The upcoming parental rights bill,
NCD meeting in  Providence, and supporter meeting in Baltimore.
