I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to remind everyone that the deadline to confirm attendance for our holiday party was Thursday night, December 5. Unfortunately, if you did not inform me by that time, I am unable to include you in the event.

The final headcount has already been confirmed with the restaurant, and we cannot make any changes at this stage. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
