Hello Friends!! The Salem Trolley Tour company is going to provide our group with a private tour around Salem. This tour will take place at 1PM on Sunday, March 17. We will leave at 1:00 and will be back a few minutes after 2PM. They will pick up and drop us off at the Salem Waterfront Hotel.
You will need to check out of your room before attending General Sessions that morning. The hotel will hold your luggage until you return from the tour.
The cost for each participant is only $12. You will need to pay this when you register, at the below link. The Salem Trolley eight mile ride around the city takes you past the Charter Street Burial Ground, the House of the Seven Gables, Witch Dungeon Museum, Salem Witch Museum, the Hocus Pocus Home, the historic waterfront area and other locations, including Chestnut Street considered to be one of the most beautiful streets in America.
Your professional driver and talented local tour guide will entertain you with factual history and interesting tidbits about Salem and Massachusetts. This is Salem’s Original Trolley Tour. The cost for NFB members for our private tour is only $12 per person
They are aware that we are a blind group and they have assured me that they will have there very best describers on the bus. .
You will learn a little about the burial ground where many historians, some of the people who were accused of being witches are buried. In addition, you will learn some of the facts about Salem from 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th centuries and things that have happened in the past 23 years. Some things are surprising, some are hysterical and others are shocking and shameful! Don’t miss this opportunity to learn all about Salem, Massachusetts inn entertaining and relaxed way. Please register here:

There is limited room on the trolley. Therefor we have to do first registered, first served until we run out of space. If you need help or have any questions, please reach out to me.
Thank you.

I have not attempted to register yet because I am making sure first that the people in the Springfield area will be able to stay long enough to do that tour. Usually our bus leaves around 1230 to go back home. I am pretty confident I can help you with the form to register, so please send me an email if you would like me to do that and include a phone number so I can be on my computer and on the phone with you at the same time.

Best,

Sandy Burgess
